I did this diet for several months and got down to a weight of 688 lbs at 6 8767 6. I have a video on YouTube about my journey, think i had 65,555 hits about when the book first came out. Loved the cheat day. It does work but no fruit and sugar were hard. I will admit I never got sick, my immune system was top notch and I looked great but it still tough.
